Velocio face masks are not guaranteed to prevent you from contracting or spreading COVID-19 as they are not medical grade, but they will provide an important barrier when around other people. Though the masks are made from performance focused fabrics and are breathable, exercising in a mask is a highly personal experience and may require time to adjust.
